DIRECTIONS:

1.  Apply cleaning foam on dry toothbrush and brush teeth for 1 minute.
2. Rinse mouth completely.
3. Apply whitening foam on toothbrush and gently brush teeth for 1 minute.
4. Rinse mouth completely.
5. Do not rinse, eat or drink for 15 minutes.

For Best Results: Apply on teeth once in morning and once at night. Do not swallow. Do not use more than 2-3 times daily. Results vary from person to person. Results expected in 1-3 weeks.

With many of the same ingredients as leading toothpastes, this formula is designed to be added to your regular toothpaste, just brush for two minutes twice daily for optimum results.
